Ingredients:
CAKE -
* 1 pkg Devils Food Chocolate Cake Mix
* 1 pkg instant Chocolate Pudding
* 4 eggs lightly beaten
* 1 8oz Sour Cream
* 1/2 cup H2O
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 8 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate chips tossed in flour
FROSTING -
* 1 lb confectioner sugar
* 1/4 lb butter, softened
* 2 tsp vanilla
* 8 oz cream cheese
