High cholesterol is a medical condition in which - where there are elevated levels of cholesterol in the blood. This form of cholesterol plaque in the arteries and prevent them from leading to a variety of medical conditions. One of the most common effect is that high cholesterol caused heart disease due to clogged heart arteries.

Diet for high cholesterol
Apart from taking medicine for high chlesterol you must have a diet low in saturated fat, high in fiber.

Foods to avoid:
Avoid fatty foods such as dairy products like butter, cheese, paneer.
Avoid greasy foods like fried foods.
Avoid fast food like pizzas, burgers.
Avoid pastires desserts like ice cream and candy.
Avoid penggunaa vanaspathi.


Food to take:
Include lots of vegetables, green vegetables and fresh fruits are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Including foods that have whole grains like brown bread.
Taking more than fruit juice.
If you are non-people who eat vegetables, you can have a meat such as chicken, fish. Avoid meat goats, kheema, pork.
