This is not the traditional way to make mofongo so I did not really say that. As I've said before, I do things slightly differently. If you do not know what mofongo then here you go Wiki Clicky. This intensive, I'm just warning you now.

Mofongo Material:
2 skinless chicken breast fillets marinated with 2 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper.
Cook in a glass pyrex pan in 375F for 20 minutes, covered, and then broken and let cool
2 bananas cut about an inch thick and 3 pieces of fried bacon, and 2 cloves garlic plantain putih.setelah is cripsy. Let cool
chicken mold into a ball and then the banana mixture to form around him. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.

Sofrito Broth Soup:
1 / 2 sweet onion, diced
2 strips bacon, cooked
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, diced
2 stalks oregano, crushed
1 / 2 bunch coriander leaves, crushed
1 10 ounce can chicken broth
Sautee onion and garlic with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add bacon, garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and then add the oregano and cilantro. Simmer for 15 minutes.
