For strawberry pudding
way 1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons of juice and 2 tablespoons milk in blender.
Add to pan with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Stir together.
Heat until boiling and started to come together. Remove the hot and cold.
* Next time, I plan to not use milk, for better color.
* The amount of sugar required may vary with the strawberries .. taste and adjust.
For the chocolate pudding recipe is basically used without eggs and butter.
In the anti-stick saucepan, heat the 2 / 3 cup milk, 1 / 4 cup sugar and 2 oz dark chocolate. Stir occasionally.
Dissolve 1 / 2 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1 / 4 teaspoon instant coffee and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1 / 4 cup milk.
Add to the chocolate milk mixture, stirring all the time.
When it thickens and begins to come together, take off heat and add a few drops of vanilla essence.
At this point, you can add 1 / 2 tablespoon butter if you like.
* The only important thing is to use a real good tan. That makes all the difference.
Layers of pudding in a glass / bowl choice. Top each serving with strawberries dipped in chocolate.
